Blackjack is a game between you and the dealer — other players at the table have no effect on your odds. The goal is to get a hand value closer to 21 than the dealer without going over (bust). Each player starts with 2 cards, and the dealer also receives 2 cards, one of which is face down (the hole card).

Card values in blackjack: numbered cards (2–10) are worth their face value, face cards (J, Q, K) are worth 10, and Aces can count as either 1 or 11 depending on the situation. This is what makes the Ace the most valuable card in blackjack.

You have several action options each round at tpower3: Hit (take an additional card), Stand (stand with your current hand), Double Down (double your bet and take one card only), Split (split the pair into two separate hands), or Surrender (if available – surrender and recover half your bet).
